Our Heritage: A Passion for Horses

Founded in 1988 by Tom and Karen Schramm, T & K Performance Horses has grown from a small, family-owned operation to a respected global brand. Their passion for horses, coupled with a deep understanding of the equine industry, has driven their success. Today, T & K stands as a testament to their commitment, dedication, and love for these magnificent creatures.

Our Horses: Breeding for Excellence

T & K Performance Horses specializes in breeding and raising Quarter Horses, known for their agility, intelligence, and versatility. Our breeding program focuses on producing horses that excel in various disciplines, from cutting and reining to barrel racing and roping. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, ensuring each horse receives the best care and training to reach its full potential.

Sires and Dams: A Carefully Curated Lineage

We carefully select our sires and dams, considering their conformation, performance, and bloodlines. Our goal is to produce horses that not only look good but also perform exceptionally well. Some of our notable sires include Metallic Cat, High Brow Cat, and Dual Rey, while our dams showcase the best of the industry, such as Smart Little Lena and Peptoboonsmal.

Our Training Program: Nurturing Champions

At T & K Performance Horses, we believe in nurturing each horse's unique abilities. Our training program is tailored to each horse's strengths, ensuring they reach their peak performance. Our experienced trainers use proven methods to build trust, confidence, and a strong work ethic in every horse we train.

From Start to Finish: Our Comprehensive Approach

Our training program begins with gentle, consistent handling from the moment a foal is born. As the horses mature, we introduce them to various training techniques, always prioritizing their physical and mental well-being. We believe in building a strong foundation, which is why our training program is designed to last a lifetime.
